The main objective of the Agricultural Business Engagement Support and Training Center is to assist in the transfer of agricultural technology by increasing the knowledge, skills and efficiency of agricultural technicians and leading farmers through training. Apart from this, the center also has the following sectoral objectives.
1. Conducting training programs to support and complement the agricultural development program determined by the Government of Nepal and the State Government.
2. To conduct training to enhance the efficiency of agricultural technicians.
3. By developing the knowledge and skills of the leading farmers, bringing qualitative and quantitative improvements in production, increasing income and raising the standard of living.
4. Assisting in infrastructure development of agricultural produce market.
5. To play a supporting role in agricultural business promotion
6. To increase non-farm employment by promoting the market arrangement of agricultural products and small agricultural enterprises.
7. Maintaining a balance between agricultural development and environmental protection.
